Chicken kabsa on a plate

1/3 cup of Olive oil
2 cups of diced Red Onion.
1/2 tbsp of mashed Ginger.
1 chopped Green Chili
3 mashed Garlic Cloves
1/2 tbsp of Salt
1/2 tbsp of Black pepper
1/2 tbsp of Cardamon
1/2 tbsp of Clove powder.
1/2 tbsp of Orange Zest
1/2 tbsp of Tomato Paste.
1 Cinnamon stick
1 Dried Lemon
1 tbsp of Knorr (chicken bouillon).
2 cups of diced Tomatoes.
1 Liter of Water
1 whole Chicken

1 1/2 cup of Long Rice
3 oz of sliced Almond
5 oz of Golden Raisins

1. In a pan at medium high heat add Olive oil, Red onions, Ginger, Garlic, and Green chili. Sauté until golden brown.

2. After add chicken and cook until skin becomes a little crispy.

3. Then add all ingredients (except rice)
Let ingredients come to a boil.

4. Once all ingredients are at a boiling point lower the heat to Low. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

5. After take out the chicken place it on a baking pan and let it sit in the oven for about 10 at 350°F.
